The Supplier guarantees the good quality and manufacture of his material and, during the specified guarantee period, the repair or replacement, free of charge and in the shortest possible time, of any part which are defective due to poor quality of the material or to manufacturing defects, provided that these are not due to natural wear, faults caused by interference or negligence by the Customer, loads over and above the specified limits, unauthorized maintenance, tampering or requested by the Customer, accidental cases of force majeure.

The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months and starts from the delivery date even if the material has not been used for any reason. Enforcement of the guarantee by the Supplier is subject to the observation of the payment conditions by the Customer and any other special condition agreed.

Work regarding repair or replacement of items under guarantee will be carried out in the Supplier’s workshop or at the Customer’s premises or by third parties according to Supplier’s judgement.

If work is carried out at the Customer’s premises, he will bear all costs and provide the Supplier’s personnel with all accessories and assistance needed.

Nothing will be due to the Customer during the period in which the installation is not operative. Neither can he claim compensation or indemnities for costs, damages or any resulting direct or indirect loss as well as the stated repairs or replacements.

The replaced parts remain under the Supplier’s property and must be returned by the Customer. All costs and risks relating to the operations carried out during the guarantee period are at Customer’s charge. The cost of transportation of the rejected printheads is paid by the sender.

The product remains under the Supplier’s property under the full amount of the supply has not been settled.

For identification purposes a progressive number is printed on an adhesive label which is stuck either on the PCB or on the body of each print head.
